The seminar makes the case that whenever possible, lawyers must tell a story with pictures in their sentencing presentations. This talk will focus on the art and science of using images in courtroom presentation and pleadings, with a focus on the use of short documentary videos to help tell your story in a more emotionally powerful, credible, and persuasive manner. The seminar will feature many examples ranging from simple to complex.
