This webinar will focus on mentoring and its role and place in supporting youth impacted by opioid and substance use and misuse. Presenters will discuss the impact of opioid and substance abuse on families and communities, share how mentoring can support other strategies and best practices, discuss the limits of mentoring and share examples of how mentoring programs have adapted to address this growing need. Presenters will also provide relevant resources, and answer questions participants have on the role mentoring plays or does not play in supporting youth impacted by opioid and substance abuse.
